looking for a commission agent for me to export rice to UAE

We are global trading company that is looking to expand to the UAE now, for which we are looking to hire a commission agent that can help us find rice (basmati & non basmati) buyers there. We are ready to pay the market commission fees of 1% to the agent once the deal goes through.
Basically someone who can help us find buyers and be our mediator for all our deals with them.
