We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Website and WhatsApp Support Manager.

Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual to manage our website and handle customer queries on WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations on our website and providing prompt and helpful responses to client inquiries via WhatsApp.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and update the Growminee.com website.
- Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp related to our website and services.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Working hours :

- Working hours are not fixed because it's hard to predict when users will make queries. Generally, aim to work from 9 AM to 7 PM. However, if someone makes a query after that and you're free, just reply to them.

Requirements:

- Must own a laptop and a smartphone.
- Basic understanding of SMM panels (please research about it before applying).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Tech-savvy and able to manage website updates.

Payment Terms:

- First Month (Internship): No payment, training provided.
- Second Month: ₹3,000, performance evaluation based on work quality, behavior, and tone.
- Third Month and Beyond: Salary ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹10,000, based on performance.
