I'm looking for a telecaller for my coaching classes, All Rounder BSS. The primary goal of this role is to provide information to interested individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inform potential students about course details and schedules
- Discuss pricing and payment options
- Promote special promotions and discounts
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor and the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. Previous experience in telecalling, particularly in the education sector, would be a significant advantage.
If faced with incoming questions they can't answer, the telecaller should direct the caller to an FAQ resource. Therefore, a basic level of tech-savviness and the ability to understand and navigate FAQs is necessary.
