Technical Recruiter for Web3 Technologies – Paid per Interviewed Lead + Bonus -- 2

Project Overview:
We are looking for a remote, freelance technical recruiter to help us source and screen software developers for ongoing long-term roles. This is a performance-based opportunity with clear payouts per candidate, plus bonuses for successful placements.
We value quality over quantity and are building a reliable, long-term recruiting pipeline.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Source qualified developers globally (frontend, backend, full stack, blockchain, etc.)
- Conduct a short interview or screening call with each candidate
- Share a brief summary and video recording of your interview
- If the developer passes our technical interview, you’ll earn a bonus
- If the developer is hired, you’ll receive an additional bonus
Compensation Structure:
- $10 per qualified developer lead + interview video
- $50 bonus if the developer passes our technical interview
- $100 bonus if the developer is hired
- Long-term opportunity for consistent, professional recruiters
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience recruiting technical roles
- Ability to understand job requirements (e.g. React, Node.js, Python, etc.)
- Excellent communication and screening skills
- Able to provide interview recordings as proof of contact
- Professional, proactive, and result-oriented
