Sourcing manager + e-commerce manager needed in S.Korea

The tasks i need are simple :
1. I want you to close deal with 1 or 2 local sellers that i found.
Deal in bulk with max discounts.
I'll buy all the year from them.
I need you to call them and close deal under my instructions and conditions.
You will be the middleman every time to call seller and fulfill my orders.
Its more easy than it sounds and its not time consuming task either.
2. I want you to list some high value items of mine for sale on some of the most popular local ecommerce platforms.
Your payment will be calculated based on the time you spend for my tasks based on your hourly rate. plus earn 1% commsion when each item sells.
I DON'T PREPAY ANYONE.
I PAY ONLY IF YOU BRING ME THE WISHED RESULT.
