I am seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer for a series of interactive workshops at a reputed college. This 25-hour program, spread across 10 days, will focus on enhancing the employability of B.Tech students through the development of key soft skills, particularly in communication, leadership, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting interactive, engaging workshops aimed at developing communication skills, leadership capabilities, and teamwork proficiency.
- Providing practical, real-world scenarios and challenges to help students understand the importance and application of these skills.
- Offering constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve and grow.
Ideal Candidate Should:
- Have substantial experience in soft skills training, ideally for engineering or technical students.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to create a fun, engaging, and interactive learning environment.
- Have a strong focus on improving students' employability.
