Shopify Dropshipping E-Commerce Store Assistant

I'm looking for an expert assistant for my Shopify dropshipping e-commerce store. This role encompasses:
- Customer Service: Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Order Fulfillment: Managing the processing and shipping of orders in a timely manner.
- Product Research: Identifying trending products and potential suppliers.
Given the nature of this role, an extensive experience in ecommerce and dropshipping is essential. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in these areas, with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Experience with Shopify is a must.
Communication will primarily be via WhatsApp.
