The ideal candidate should have a strong background in audiology and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include providing online answers to questions from individuals with hearing impairments, sharing knowledge and information related to hearing. The candidate should also be knowledgeable in latest audiology technology and industry practices.
