US Secretary

Job Summary:
The US Secretary will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks that support the overall functioning of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Please note: Candidates must be based in the United States. This position is only open to those who currently reside in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff members.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing them accordingly.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including logistics and coordination.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
