Recruiter Needed – Help us find U.S. Business Representative
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We're an IT consulting agency looking for a recruiter to find a U.S.-based business representative. The role involves helping set up a U.S. LLC, acting as a local representative, and occasionally joining client demos with a light workload of less than 10 hours per week. Compensation for the candidate will be hourly during the setup phase, transitioning to revenue share once the business starts generating revenue, though we are also open to candidates who prefer to remain fully hourly long-term.
As the recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified U.S.-based candidates and providing a strong shortlist. Engagement terms are flexible and can be either fixed or success-based. We’re looking for someone who can quickly identify and deliver high-quality candidates.
