Recruiter

We are looking for a freelance recruiter/agency.

The primary role which will help us in our recruitment processes.

The following will be the role responsibilities that the freelance recruiter or agency will handle.

1- shortlisting resumes based on the job description given by the company.

2 - doing level one of the interview calling for background check knowledge check.

3 - creating a list of shortlisted candidates based on location, job description, skill, and knowledge that are required.

4 - sharing daily and weekly reports for recruitment activities then preferably looking at somebody. Preferably okay to invest three to 4 hours on a daily basis and coordination and reporting will be done via WhatsApp group where all resumes will be shared.

Short listings will be shared, approvals will be taken or project sizes.
