Our company will operate the desk and provide backend office services that support the entire in-person and virtual customer experience operation. We are seeking a freelancer who can develop a proposal for installing a tour desk and supporting backend office functions at a local resort chain.
Primary Focus:
- The primary focus of the tour desk operation will be on excursions, sightseeing tours, and airport transfers.
Target Demographic:
- Our services will be available to all guests at the resort, including families, couples, and solo travelers, and via our virtual platform, including a website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and the resort's virtual outlets.
Benefits to Resort:
- The successful installation of a Tour Desk at the resort will create an additional revenue stream for the resort as a 20% commission on sales will be paid monthly
- The resort will be positioned to offer an enhanced guest experience to all patrons as it will provide a "one-stop shop" solution in terms of accommodation, airport transfers, tours, spas, and other related services.
