I am in need of a bright individual to assist me with property viewings in Cardiff. The ideal candidate should be flexible, a bright individual who communicates well to me and with estate agents . And technical enough to make short videos.
Requirements:
- Able to view around 10 residential properties in central Cardiff
- Flexible to book and view apartments promptly
- A reasonable amount of technical ability to make short videos via their phone
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service
The main purpose of these property viewings is for purchase, I am looking for a reliable and efficient individual who can work efficiently and to manage this project effectively.
