Hello,
I’m looking for an experienced Planning Consultant or Planning Advisor in the UK to help me with a small food business setup.
I need help with:
• Verifying what is legally allowed in my commercial unit (based on its current Use Class)
• Advising if I need planning permission or change of use
• Reviewing or preparing applications (Planning Portal)
• Understanding limitations (e.g. alcohol sales, takeaway service, customer seating, extraction systems)
• Dealing with my local council (optional but ideal)
Details:
• Business: small sushi takeaway with optional indoor seating
• Unit size: ~50 m²
I prefer someone with direct experience with UK local councils and food business permissions. Starting ASAP – Budget flexible depending on expertise.
