I need someone to manage day-to-day operations for a digital content creation project. Your role will involve:

Content Creation Encouragement:
- Send pre-written WhatsApp messages in groups and privately.
- Make calls to guide and encourage participants.

Content Types:
- Posters
- Videos
- Online Interviews

Communication:
- Maintain professional communication to build trust and respect for the company.
- Manage a WhatsApp group batch of 30-50 people.
- Personal contact with 5-10 individuals via messages or calls.

Daily updates and reports are required.
