Airbnb Hosting - I have four 2 bhk properties (house, apartments) which are listed on AirBNB and am looking for partner/associate/employee/freelancer who can manage online enquiries and booking requests. The person has to spend 2-3 hours daily on responding to queries and interact with Guests on Airbnb app, What's App, Mobile etc. No physical visit required only Online work.
Once booking is confirmed, this person has to communicate with Guests for smooth check in the house.
During stay of the guests this Person has to coordinate with each caretaker/property manager for customer's complaints till check-out.
I am flexible in terms of pay-out. I can offer 10% of overall sales/revenue which is currently Rs. 1,00,000/- per month. This means person can start earning Rs. 10,000/- per month easily. If sales go down then it will decrease and vice versa.
