tl;dr We are looking for a community manager on a project about decentralized justice with multi-ratings and lawmaking.

The audience we will need to work with now: cryptans who care about how governance works and who will want to influence it with the help of reputation tools.
**What from you:**
- be able to express your thoughts well and catch the vibe of the project;
- languages - Russian (native), English (not lower than B2);
- be able and willing to approach work systematically, and not just “chat with people” because a healthy (and rather complex, I must say) community, in our case, is the basis for the prosperity of the project. Communication in chats is still included, but you must supplement it with: planning, following the plan, flexible use of various community management and operational management tools;
- highly desirable - relevant experience: if you led a network state, open source or crypto community, then this will be great.
