Negotiating a deal for a Ford Mustang GT New Edge models 1999-2004

I need to purchase a Ford Mustang GT particularly the new edge models 1999-2004. The goal is to find the lowest price with value in mind. Like if a Mustang is worth $1200 but has other issues, it may not be worth the purchase. Another example is $800 Mustang with minimal issues may be considered in negotiation. The Mustang can be sourced anywhere. Local is fine. Anywhere in the country is fine. If not locally I need estimates for towing. I have a budget of $3000. Negotiate on my behalf and come up with the best deal. Having multiple deals are fine but ultimately I will choose the best one in overall value and cost.
