Need someone to do simultaneously be on two call and emails

I am looking for a freelancer who can handle Technical Support Calls and Troubleshooting Emails while simultaneously being on two calls and emails. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical support and be able to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Key requirements:
- Ability to handle multiple calls and emails simultaneously
- Experience in Technical Support
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to improvise and think on your feet
- Availability to work more than 6 hours per day
The freelancer will be provided with a general outline for the calls and emails but should be able to improvise when necessary. The project is expected to run for several weeks, so the ideal candidate should be able to commit to the project long-term.
