Need a procurement expert in Australia to help obtain local company quotations

We need a local from Australia (preferably Sydney) to help us budget the cost involve. What we require is to obtain 3 separate quotations from web design company for an e-commerce website. If you have existing quotations that will be good as well. Please note the quotation must be real - i.e. company has a physical address in Australia, with company details, ABN, contact detail and a breakdown of the cost involve. The quotation is for a new website must includes development cost, seo, ecommerce and hosting.
