- Visit Objective:
The aim is to assess the overall customer experience at the outlets, including store cleanliness, staff behaviour, product displays, and how well staff understand and assist with customer needs. This includes explaining product benefits, pricing, booking, installation, and support services. You should also check how staff handle questions or concerns and point out any key areas that need improvement.
- Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Male evaluators only
Age: 25 years and above
- Visit Requirements:
To ensure a thorough evaluation, please provide the following after your visit:
• Picture of the store’s exterior
• Name of the staff member you interacted with during your visit
• Picture of the product brochure
• Picture of the cost estimate provided
