About the Team
Amazon Live is an interactive, shoppable live video experience that enables customers to discover new brands and products in a fun and engaging way, and deepen their connection with influencers and brands they already love. For creators, livestreaming on Amazon offers a powerful content medium that allows them to interact with shoppers, provide recommendations, earn commissions from purchases, and build their brand on Amazon. We offer the opportunity for brands to integrate into Amazon influencer livestreams and help customers discover products.
Responsibilities:
• Support team throughout livestream lifespan
• Contact creators to outline stream requirements and ensure the requirements are met
• Make sure creators post link to their stream on Instagram
• Ensure creator goes live at designated time and if not reach out to see if they need help
• Before streams start mark them as eligible for premium placements, and reset after streams end
• Check that stream renders on designated placements
• Monitor progress contracting new creators
• Test upcoming promo codes
• Other duties as assigned
About Your Work Day
Work schedule will vary based on the programming schedule, with an expected starting shift of 5pm-11pm ET. The Livestream Coordinator can expect to work Monday through Friday. As the programming schedule scales, the position may be requested to work evenings, weekends, holidays or overtime to ensure continued quality control.
Experience Preferred
1-2 years of experience preferred in Production, Marketing, Social Media or related field (strong internship experience considered). Training will be provided.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, ability to independently make decisions, but also comfortable escalating when needed
• Flexibility to adjust to programming schedule changes
• Multitasking
• Dependability
Compensation
Compensation for this position starts at $25.00/hour.
