Mock Interview Prep for Shy Middle Schooler

I'm seeking someone to help my shy middle schooler prepare for boarding school interviews.
Her issue is not content. But rather to deal with different personality types and turn the interview into a fun and engaged conversation.
These mock interview will be can be conducted by any professional or student. To prep my middle schooler well, I will give instructions on the style of the interviewer I would like her to deal with (someone who asks difficult questions, someone who is very warm and engaging, someone who is distant and cold, etc.) I will need about 10 different people. The issue is that she takes a while to "warm up to someone", so the goal is to have someone completely new each time.
I will do the feedback and coaching myself. I just need people to help me put in "in real conditions".
Skills and experience that will be beneficial for the job:
- Experience with interviews
- Understanding of typical boarding school interview questions
