Luxury Mystery Shopper

As a Luxury Mystery Shopper, I will be tasked with visiting local retailers to shop, assess customer service, evaluate product quality and review staff interactions. My primary focus will be on price and quality, though I will also take into account product selection and customer experience. By doing so, I will be able to provide detailed feedback that will give the client an accurate picture of their services and products. My goal is to ensure the highest quality experience for shoppers who visit local retailers. This job is only available in the US.
