Responsibilities:
Merchandising
• B2B wholesale global sourcing and supply chain management.
• Merchandising selection
• Develop and execute merchandising and marketing strategies to maximize sales.
• Maintain brand’s identity and essence
• Ensure appropriate and effective merchandising standards are maintained at all times
• Maintain high profitability and growth of brands through accurate successful planning and merchandising.
• Identify market potential and growth for the brand
• Product category: Fashion, Beauty, Cool designer products, Mum & Kids products
Sourcing
• Involve in the analysis of B2B marketplace, competitors to develop strategic sourcing strategy and business goal for the company
• Track and review purchases, growth; manage vendor relationships
• Develop new innovations pipeline by finding new vendors/sources globally
• Grow exclusive brands portfolio for international markets
• Effective and kept up to date with market trends, price, customer service competitiveness and regulatory change
• Negotiating cost and terms
