Looking for Client Relations
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are looking for a client relation with at least 1 year experience in similar position. Looking for dedicated and talented individuals, with passion and care for quality work.
Must be able to resolve client concerns and understand client needs.
Confident in troubleshooting and have the ability to investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer broker questions or resolve an issue
Have the ability to assist both external and internal clients and be able to work within other departments to understand their needs.
Must be able to use the phone and the internet to respond to client queries.
Must be able to work quickly and accurately and have the ability to manage multiple responsiblities at once by focusing on one task while keeping track of others.
Need to be genuinely excited about helping clients.
Patient, empathetic and have good communication skills.
Must be a self starter and have the ability to foresee issues and communicate with brokers accordingly.
