Advanced Global Healthcare, Inc is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Recruiter and talent acquisition. This position will be responsible for supervising the daily successful onboarding process of new delivery team members.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Job:
• Source qualified candidate through various recruiting tools
• Screen potential candidate through interviews and reference checks, while learning about their goals, skills and interests to ensure alignment
• Communicate job offers and prepare new hired for starting their new roles
• Maintain a network of candidate that align with top industry specific skill sets
• Perform critical relationship-building activities, from coaching your candidate for an interview, checking in on their first day of work, and keeping in touch throughout their assignment
• Directly responsible for recruiting independent contractors nationwide.
• Serve as the primary support for delivery team members in the application process.
• Facilitate and collect all documentation needed to ensure a quick and successful start of applicants.
• Assist our Management and Operations team to ensure an efficient and positive experience during the onboarding process of delivery team applicants.
