Implementing BACnet protocol in an embedded microcontroller platform.

We want to implement BACnet IP Server and need to support DS-RP-B, DS-RPM-B, DS-WP-B, DS-WPM-B, DS-COV-B, DM-TS-B, DM-DDB-B.
Product is for energy metering application so supported parameter will be of Analog Input Type.
No. of parameter will be depends on available free memory.
Existing application code (metering + tcp/ip stack + webserver) is based on NUC442VI8AE (Flash : 512 KB, RAM : 64 KB) where actual application takes Flash : 460KB and RAM : 50KB.
We will port existing application code on below platform and additionally need to have BACnet IP server.
We can choose any one of below 2 platform to speed up the project.
Platform 1 :
CPU : STM32H747IG (from ST Dual Core) with external PHY : LAN8742A-CZ-TR
Tool/Compiler : STM32CubeIDE with GCC
Platform 2 :
CPU : R7FA6M2AF3CFP (from Renesas) with external PHY : IP101GR
Tool/Compiler : E2Studio with GCC
TCP/IP stack will be as per platform selection.
