We are a real estate website targeting users who want to buy properties and immigrate to Europe. To cope with our fast expansion, we want to hire different positions to help us answer queries from the customers, as well as to close sales. Scope of the role:
To manage immigration cases from start to finish across the Europe region
To partner with Clients as their go-to point of contract regarding visa and immigration queries
To maintain and ensure compliance
To foster relationships with new and existing Clients in need of immigration assistance
Role requirements:
Strong experience and knowledge of visa and immigration processing for the European region
Previous experience handling immigration cases from start to completion
Ability to develop professional relationships
Must be highly organised with excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ideally have over 3 years of European immigration experience
A positive and motivated attitude with a keen interest in the immigration field
Speak any of the following languages: Turkish, Russian, Serbian, Greek, Croatian, Bulgarian, English, Spanish, Italian
Main responsibilities:
Deliver detailed consultative advice to clients on visa and immigration requirements
Ability to ensure compliance applicable to immigration legal regulations
Partner with Clients as their direct contact for immigration
Handle Client escalations and queries in a professional manner
Support the wider teams as the regional subject matter expert
