Health Podcast Outreach Coordinator

Are you passionate about health and wellness? Do you have experience with outreach and building relationships in the podcast industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are currently seeking a Health Podcast Outreach Coordinator to help us expand the reach of our health podcast. As our Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for researching and reaching out to potential guests to feature on our show, as well as identifying other health podcasts that would be a good fit for cross-promotion.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting research to identify potential guests for our podcast, including experts in health and wellness, influencers, and other thought leaders in the industry.
Drafting and sending outreach emails to potential guests, introducing our podcast and inviting them to participate in an interview.
Building relationships with other health podcast hosts and producers to explore cross-promotion opportunities.
Keeping track of outreach efforts in a CRM system, and regularly reporting on progress to the podcast host.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in outreach and relationship-building, ideally in the podcast industry.
Excellent communication skills, including strong writing skills for crafting outreach emails.
A passion for health and wellness, and an interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and research in the industry.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
