French-speaking Logistics Coordinator Needed
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I'm in need of a French speaker to assist with daily communication with our French partners. The role includes handling customer support calls, both incoming and outgoing, and relaying information back to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and passing on information
- Making outbound calls as necessary
- Handling approximately 20-30 calls per week
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 16:00
Qualifications:
- French proficiency at or above B2 level
- English proficiency at B1 level
- Prior experience in logistics preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
We will provide the necessary phone system and conduct a full briefing before the start of work. This role also involves some written communication in both French and English. No specific software skills are required, but familiarity with CRM systems or logistics management software could be beneficial.
