Freelance LinkedIn Team Leader
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We are seeking a freelance professional to lead and guide our LinkedIn Team for a period of 3-6 months. Our team consists of three members who excel at connecting with the target audience and identifying relevant industry contacts but need improvement in content posting and engaging with relevant groups.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Curation: Develop engaging content tailored to Oil & Gas industry professionals and curate industry news, trends, and updates.
Profile Optimization: Ensure team profiles are professionally optimized and regularly update the company’s LinkedIn page.
Community Engagement: Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, and participate in relevant LinkedIn groups and discussions.
Network Expansion: Connect with industry professionals, potential clients, and influencers, using LinkedIn tools to identify key decision-makers.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze LinkedIn metrics, providing regular reports and using insights to improve strategies.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for team members on effective LinkedIn use and stay updated on best practices.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all LinkedIn activities align with the company’s brand voice and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Requirements:
Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing and content strategy.
Strong track record in team leadership and mentoring.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in LinkedIn analytics tools.
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
