Freelance Acquisition Editor (Remote)

Job Description:
BabelNovel is a Web Novel platform that includes novels and stories of different genres such as romance, fantasy, paranormal, historical, sci-fi, drama, wuxia, fanfiction, light novels. Currently, our website www.BabelNovel.com has over 2million monthly active users in our APP. (Available in Apple store & Google Play)
We are looking for an acquisition editor with a good sense of what makes an interesting story, and have a wide reach of writer resources. Your role includes signing new books from the requested themes, communicating with writers to answer their questions regarding our platform and work with our in house editors.
Required skills and abilities:
- Past experience as an acquisition editor or a web novel writer with writer resources.
- Exceptional English written and communication skills. Native English speakers preferred.
- Good initiative, excellent time management and communication skills.
