Key Responsibilities
- Engage Subscribers: Initiate and maintain engaging conversations on Fanvue.
- Re-engagement: Reach out to potential burnt subscribers, using effective communication strategies to rebuild connections.
- Manage Chats: Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritising based on urgency and subscriber needs.
- Build Relationships: Develop genuine emotional connections with subscribers, creating a welcoming environment that encourages deeper engagement.
- Monitor Performance: Track personal metrics and strive to meet or exceed engagement targets.
What I’m Looking For:
- Fanvue Experience: A full understanding of how this platform works (no newcomers).
- Motivation: A strong desire to exceed expectations and be highly motivated by financial rewards.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a similar role, with proof of past performance (screenshots).
- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to build long-term relationships with subscribers, particularly when engaging with men while acting as a woman.
- Proficiency in English: Must be proficient in English.
- Commitment: Willingness to commit to a minimum of 6 months in this role for consistency and growth.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts and respond quickly during work hours.
- Stability: Must have a reliable internet connection and power supply (no interruptions).
- Past experiance with a CRM.
