Responsible for finding, screening, and placing candidates for the job.
Screen resumes searching for the best candidates.
Communicate with candidates and understand their skills and interests.
Coordinate interviews (Email, phone and zoom)
Submit and shortlist the candidates.

Present the shortlisted candidates to different companies.
Negotiate a good deal for our candidates.
Work full life cycle from initial contact, interviews, reference & placements.
Qualifications & Qualities:

MBA preferable
HR degree preferable
Exceptional command of spoken English
Excellent written/communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills
Tech savvy & multitask
