Event coordinator

I am looking for an Event Coordinator who is able to help me with the organization of an upcoming social gathering. The event has a specific date and venue already arranged, and I am expecting around 50 to 100 attendees. My goal is to work with someone who is dedicated to helping me ensure the event runs smoothly, and that all guests are comfortable and enjoy themselves. The ideal candidate is reliable, has excellent organizational skills, and is able to think quickly in order to handle any issues that may arise. I am seeking someone who can help me plan the event from start to finish, from helping me select appropriate vendors and venues to assisting with set-up and cleanup on the day of the event. If you have experience coordinating events, particularly social gatherings, then I am confident that you are the right person for the job.
