Operation Manager for managing operations of online software service

We’re looking for an operation manager to join our new event management bases project (SAAS). He/she will be working with the team to develop the operational processes and oversee their delivery. He/she will also be taking on some customer support requirements, along with coordinating communication between internal and external entities as well as liaising with customers and other key stakeholders.
