Entry Level Recruiting and Job Posting

I am in the process of building my team, and I need help with my human resources tasks. This would primarily involve recruiting and hiring.
Specifically, I'm looking for someone to help find and attract qualified candidates for entry level positions. They will also be responsible for creating the job descriptions and posting them on the appropriate platforms.
Ideal candidates for this job should have experience with recruitment and hiring, and have a good understanding of job market trends. The ability to write engaging job descriptions and postings that attract the right candidates will be a plus. Experience with creating job descriptions and posting job ads is a must.
The ideal freelancer will be able to work independently, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. A background in human resources and recruiting is preferred.
