Emotional Wellness Support Professional (WFH)

Lokal is launching an emotional wellness platform where you can connect and talk with experienced buddies, who empathize with your experiences and will help you to feel good within minutes.

We're looking for people who can actively listen to user’s problems, offer emotional support based on their life experiences, and help users feel better.

Job Location: Work from home
Timings: Flexible working hours
Eligibility: Age above 21 years
Required Skills: Good communication, listening skills, and emotional maturity
Salary Range: Rs.15,000 to Rs.1 Lakh per month, go above the range based on your availability and performance

As a part of this role you’ll,
- Have conversations with our users by audio or video call, whichever you prefer
- Actively listen to users' concerns, understanding their feelings and experiences
- Provide a safe space for them to express their emotions, thoughts and concerns
- Offer guidance and support based on your experience and understanding of the situation
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information shared by users
