(Discord) Community Manager

About us:
We are a young and ambitious team with 4+ years of experience in online marketing and e-commerce. We mainly focus on helping others become independent online entrepreneurs as well.
With our team of 15 people we recently started a new project and therefore we would like to hire an experienced (Discord) Community Manager for the extent of one month and maybe for a longer timespan if mutually agreeable.
Skills & Experience:
We are looking for an experienced (Discord) Community Manager with proven interest in entrepreneurship, management and cryptocurrency amongst others to moderate our different Discord channels, the growth of our channel and to keep the engagement high. Native English in speech and writing is a prerequisite. You have a track record with at least three years of experience with community management and are not afraid to work late nights due to an international community.
For this first month we are looking for someone who is willing to focus full time on this project with us in order to meet the product launch deadline at any cost. This also means being prepared to work flexible hours instead of fixed hours per day.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up the discord
- Making sure all the bots in the discord are working
- Keeping the community engaged
- You have knowledge about NFTs (and Cryptocurrencies)
- Managing of shillers and moderators (24/7 moderators)
- Giving feedback to COO/Project manager how the engagement in the community is and how it is evolving (number of members, marketing, what the feedback of the community is).
- Daily give away actions (10 free presale spots per day for the most engaged people)
- Tracking what marketing actions are doing to discord members
- Working on the marketing strategy to help the community grow
- Makes sure verification works well
- Posting in discord community
- Making sure moderators only have permission to ban someone if necessary
