Direct Sales Representative- Greece
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are seeking to recruit an individual in Greece on the position of direct sales representative to promote our online recruitment portal
Lavoria is an online recruitment tool, tailor-made exclusively for HoReCa. It was created to ease recruiters in sourcing seasonal, but not only, employees.
Lavoria allows connecting employers from the hospitality sector who are looking for employees, with job seekers from all over Europe.
What do we expect?
The aim of this assignment is to maximise the number of registrations and job ads on our portal posted by the employers from hotels, restaurants & cafes (free of charge at this stage)
Primary responsibilities:
Canvassing assigned territories visiting potential clients with the goal of registering them into Lavoria portal, visiting a minimum 8 HoReCa units per day.
Demonstrating our product with all the features to the potential customers.
Handing out flyers.
Developing a lead list.
Contacting potential customers via phone and email.
Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
Win back or upgrade current or former customers.
Keeping a track on the leads list( CRM ); completing sales reports.
Suggesting specific product purchases.
Attending trade shows and other industry-related events.
Onboarding new users
Any other relevant duty that may be assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field is advantageous.
Proven sales experience.
The ability to retain important information.
Sound consultative selling skills.
Excellent networking, communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Native Greek speaker with excellent English.
Computer literacy.
Available to travel all over Greece.

Basic monthly salary plus a bonus based on meeting/ exceeding monthly targets.
Covered travelling ( airtickets, hotels) when needed.
For every successful sign up and job post we are ready to offer an attractive remuneration. Bonus is available upon reaching the target within the particular period of time.
