Customer call service

I am looking for a customer call service that is available in Hindi and can handle calls lasting between 5-10 minutes. The expected number of calls range anywhere from 4-5 per day. I want someone who can provide quality customer service and be available when needed. Someone who is knowledgeable in customer service and is comfortable speaking with strangers over the phone is preferred. Communication skills and orderly documentation of calls is a must.
