Customer Service & Small Database Management

As the client for this project, I am seeking a dedicated individual to manage the customer service aspect of my business and to take charge of a small database (containing up to 1,000 records). Key responsibilities will include:

- Customer Service: Responding to client enquiries, resolving user issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Database Management: Handling information pertinent to the customer service role, conducting regular updates, ensuring record accuracy, managing data privacy, and maintaining overall data integrity.

The ideal candidate would have:

- Prior experience in a customer service position, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in database management, more specifically with small scale databases. Knowledge of database software will be an added advantage.
- Great attention to detail, data privacy awareness, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
