I'm seeking an experienced trainer based in Saudi Arabia to deliver a comprehensive customer service training program for a small group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach crucial customer service skills, including:
- Communication techniques
- Problem-solving strategies
- Conflict resolution methods
- CRM practices
- Contact center interactions
- Foundations and values of customer service
Here's what I'm looking for:
- 5 or more years’ experience in training delivery
- Fluency in both English & Arabic
- Availability for 1 to 5 training sessions
Each session will host less than 10 participants. Engaging communication and knowledge sharing skills are essential to ensure our team can extract maximum value from each interaction. Your teaching will help shape their approach to customer service and boost our customer satisfaction ratings.
