Customer Service Agent Required -- 2
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I'm currently seeking to fill a Customer Service Agent role in my team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with:
- Phone Support: Handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives;
- Email Support: Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
Working hours for this role are 9am-5pm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer service role, a good telephone etiquette, and strong written communication skills especially in email correspondence. A background in sales or marketing would be also advantageous.
