Customer Representative

Position Description:
The project is in the AI field. The project is EU (Czech Republic) based company with trading license with various assets and trading vehicles.
It is an AI trading application using machine learning algorithms that continuously evolves.
Including ongoing training of user behavior and datasets for improved predictions and trading precisions.
The platform is about to launch and looking for person who would handle users communication, questions/answers and promotions through webinars and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Your job will be to hold webinars with users, where you will talk about the platform , AI and the company's latest developments, demonstrating the platform (how to use it, how to optimize profit, what settings to use).
- Also giving explanations, asking and answering questions live with users and influencers. This includes interacting with users on Discord by answering questions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communications skills / Marketing or Sales type person
- Fast thinker
- Fluent English
- Period of contract: 1-3 years
- Part time / Full time
- There will be a test task. Kind of test video from them explaining some platform's features.
- There will be onboarding period when person will study the field and the platform. So no worries if not familiar with the field.
