Create freelencer

I'm looking for an experienced Sale Manager to help create a freelencing website. Successful applicants must have some background in this area, including knowledge of past work and experience. The project should take 1-3 months to complete. The successful freelancer will need to be able to develop a detailed project proposal to help us accomplish our goals.
