HR Consultant for Recruitment and Performance

I am seeking an HR professional to provide consultancy services for Recruitment and Hiring, and Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for our small organization with less than 50 employees.
- Provide guidance on performance management processes to enhance our employee productivity and growth.
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
- Proven experience in recruitment and hiring processes, ideally in small organizations.
- Strong understanding of performance management concepts and ability to implement them effectively.
The consultancy work will be conducted onsite, so the ability to work in our office is essential. A flexible and collaborative approach to problem-solving is highly valued in our working environment.
