Comprehensive HR Outsourcing Specialist

I need an experienced HR professional to fully outsource several critical functions within our organization.

We are a small organisation with 40 employees and 10 more planned in next 6 months. In addition, there are 20 contractors, who can become employees depending on their performance. 30% employees are geographically disbursed in various cities across India. However, we have HQ in Nagpur (22 employees) and one more set up in Mumbai (10 employees). You will work from our Nagpur office and the association can be for fixed hours every month or need based.

Key tasks include:
- Recruitment: We require a full recruitment service. This means you will manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Performance Appraisals: You will assist with creating appraisal forms, conducting performance reviews, providing feedback and follow-up, and managing all necessary documentation and records.
- Employee Engagement: You will periodically engage with employees to assess morale and gather feedback

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in HR management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with recruitment and performance appraisal processes
- Ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels
