Falling Star Entertainment Agency is seeking a Government Representative 2 to serve in the role of Communications Officer. This position supports the agency’s external communications, branding, and public presence by creating clear, engaging content and coordinating messaging across channels. The Communications Officer will work closely with leadership to promote the agency’s work, coordinate media and public-facing materials, and ensure consistent communication with clients, partners, and the public.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing the agency’s communications strategy and brand messaging.
Write, review, and edit speeches, press releases, promotional copy, announcements, and other communications materials.
Serve as a liaison with media, clients, partners, and the public regarding agency activities and updates.
Manage the agency’s social media presence across relevant platforms.
Coordinate logistics for speaking engagements, appearances, interviews, and public events involving agency leadership or talent.
Create written and visual content for newsletters, brochures, websites, marketing materials, and publications.
Arrange and coordinate press opportunities, interviews, and media outreach related to agency projects and events.
Support language access and inclusive communication efforts as needed.
Represent the agency in a public-facing communications role.
Coordinate the production of annual reports, marketing pieces, and other key publications.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
